Can I get a streetrod inspected without a data plate?
The data plate shows the vehicle id number. My husband wants to know. He is building a streetrod and has the title to it but he vehicle id number is not on the truck.
This process varies from state to state. You should check with the local DMV or State Patrol office for the process which applies in your state.
